We have had only a couple of good experiences with this marks. The last time we got pizza from there my husband found a piece of wood cooked into his pizza... kind of scares me a bit because my 4 year old daughter almost had that piece! The staff is never friendly and when you walk in they are all sitting either on the counters or the tables and don't even bother getting up. It makes me wonder how this place is still business! We are done with this place
Placed my order online and it said be there in 20 minutes. It wasn't busy, but when I walked in 20 minutes later my pizza hadn't even made it to the oven yet. I'm always a little put off by employees smoking right outside a restaurant visible to customers. The kid in the hat who was vaping in the side parking lot was nice (when he came back in to cut my pizza), but it just looks bad for a business and those vapes stink up the whole area around them. The prices are definitely a little high, but there's not much competition in the area and it's the Finger Lakes (I used a 10% off online orders coupon and it was still $27+ for a large pizza with pepperoni, sausage, onions, and banana peppers and an order of breadsticks). The taste was on point, VERY good, but the price and service hurt the place in my opinion.
Chicken cordon bleu was very good with the sweet sauce. Workers seem very nice but overworked and understaffed. A little overpriced in my opinion. Sub + drink 16$.
First time here and had a Facebook coupon. Coupon code was not working in system but the manager gave it to me anyway as it was valid thru 8/15/17
